A CONVERSATION WITH MY BUBBY, HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR HADASSAH CARLEBACH
You are invited to attend a Conversation with my grandmother, Holocaust Survivor Hadassah Carlebach, Purim evening, Sunday, March 24, and listen to a remarkable modern tale of tragedy, survival and heroism.
Born Hadassah Schneerson in 1927, Mrs. Carlebach assisted her father in saving 100 Jewish children during the Holocaust in Nazi occupied France.
Coinciding with Purim the Jewish holiday marking a narrowly averted holocaust in Persia more than 2,500 years ago, Bubby's talk will carry an indelible message to young and old of the strength that comes from maintaining our traditions and identity, and that we must never forget.
When: Sunday, March 24th, 7:30pm (Megillah reading 6:50pm)
Where: 425 Madison Forest Dr. Herndon 20170.
Suggested Donation: $10.
Evening Sponsorship: $100.
